Unlimited Stars [Dr.Pepper]

Time Always 0 [Neo Shadow]

Critical Hits Count [Neo Shadow]
045C5FC8 XXXXXXXX
045C5FCC XXXXXXXX
Just enter whatever hex value you see fit as XXXXXXXX.

Oh, btw, I've found the unlimited health spots, which was quite tricky to find (I used 8bit unknown value search to narrow it down, although in the end it was 32bit floating point damage counter which increases upwards from 0)

I've been trying to look for the infinite life code but I just can't find it x_x. If you have it, Pepper, kudos (from my original searchs it is a 32-bit data with (apparently) a max value of 3F800000. However if you look at it in the mem viewer, this value is virtually everywhere... )

Thanks for your code anyway, going to try it.

It works. But how did you manage to find an adress that combiens weapons and grenades, I would have thought it to be at least 2 adresses.

EDIT : By the way,

Time Always 0 [Neo Shadow]
045C6074 00000000

Now take your time shooting stuff and still get S rank ;)

Critical Hits Count [Neo Shadow]
045C5FC8 XXXXXXXX
045C5FCC XXXXXXXX

Just enter whatever hex value you see fit. I suspect the second adress to be player 2 but I haven't tested it yet (batteries recharging).

99 Customisation Stars [Neo Shadow]
00BE6DAF 00000063

It resets your stars count to 99 each time you go to the customize screen.

Woohoo, thanks for unlimited ammo! Now THIS is multiplayer fun :)

zelda3003

nice finds, i know this is a request but.... can you find infinate health?

Dr.Pepper

Neo Shadows unlimited star mod only changes the GUI, and not the actual value that you can use for gun upgrades :), so I posted working one. Well I did the same mistake in the beginning when searching the stars :)

Healthbar is floating point number, 3F800000 == 1.0 and it degreases towards 0.0 and you die. Most likely that one is just the graphical representation of the GUI bar, and the actual value is somewhere else ;-)

I found the unlimited ammo code by searching the gun ammo first and then backstepping through breakpoint to actual disassembler code which writes the value, and then just simple NOP(60000000) to disable the writing. It was a bit tricky to find, since the value that is shown in the screen is not the actual value that is written to, so you had to use unknown variable search to find the right gun ammo and not rely on the amount shown in the screen.

Ok, so far, none of these are really working on ocarina.

Unlimited ammo works, but glitches the game so bad that half the screen is effed up, zombies are invincible and miss their upper bodies after attacking, and character is unable to move.

Unlimited stars makes the screen say you have 65535 stars (or something) but you can't do anything with them, it's like having no stars at all.

No reload does work though.

Neo Shadow

xxxmofo, download the new version of GeckoOS, (the 1.06f) it has ocarina included and Umbrella Chronicles no longer glitches with it.

xxxmofo

Thanks Neo Shadow, didn't know GeckoOS included ocarina.

Duh, it doesn't work AT ALL with new Gecko OS for me.
It says the codes were activated started the game and then nothing.

It glitches with ocarina, but works, though.

Any suggestions?

Neo Shadow

Activate less codes maybe. :/. You're certain to have the 1.06f ? You're certain to have entered the codes correctly ?

xxxmofo

Doesn't work with Gecko for me either, not one code, not all codes, and they are all entered correctly. And yes, it is 1.06f.

Dr.Pepper

1.06f has a bug in ocarina code handler, it will be fixed in 1.06G which will be released any day now. So people who don't have USB Gecko device just have to wait for fixed Gecko OS version.

Codes work perfectly for me and I've already played the game through and have opened and maxed out all the weapons.

Neo Shadow

Same here, I don't get it. I've used those codes with GeckoOS 1.06f and they worked... :/
