MY WII KEEPS FREEZING!! HELP!!

ok i have a problem with my wii now


.................... i have been playing on my wii and have had a blast on WAW (had my previous issue solved). however now i have been recently having the game freeze right at the loading of connecting to the multiplayer screen...ive tried without gecko loader by just loading from the disc but still freezes the wii. I have even tried connecting on MWR and that also freezes. Every other game like Mario kart, MW3, and black ops work flawlessly, but this issue puzzles me?? i am wondering if it is from the usuage of codes on both games or the recent install requirements for wii flow?? any idea/suggestions??

p.s.
ive had this happened once before but didnt play until the next morning and i have been playing for multiple hours throughout the day...i was wondering if long activity or issues with connectivity have an affect on it as well; plus these 2 games r the only ones that have issues,,,,im wondering if i should update IOS/cIOS

sorry didnt say this before but WAW is disc since im using it with the gecko hombrew app..but it seems if i take a break from the game and have the wii off with the LED as red insteead of yellow the freezing will stop as i was able to play this weekend but just an hour ago the wii froze once again :(

if you see that yellow light then it means your wii updates automatically.
to get it back to red, put wiiconnect24 off and you should be fine again.
just dont use wiiconnect24 when you have the homebrew app.
