Here's something I've been working on the past day or so.

What is does:
Extracts Gamecube ISO/GCM files so they work with dios mios lite.

Why:
DiscEx extracts gamecube ISOs for dios mios lite, however, it's source code was never released, so it can't be ported.

Notes:
This is only a windows build. However, I have included the source for those of you who wish to re-compile on Linux/Mac/etc.

This is my first C windows application!
