[solved] gameconfig patch for all games?

How would I create a gameconfig patch txt that works for all games?

So for example, brkirch did the following for Brawl:

RSB?01:
[spoiler]codeliststart = 80570000
codelistend = 80580000
poke(800042B8, 60000000)
pokeifequal(803E9930, 4BFECA1D, 803E9930, 60000000)
pokeifequal(803E99A8, 4BFECA1D, 803E99A8, 60000000)
pokeifequal(803E9D5C, 4BFECA1D, 803E9D5C, 60000000)
[/spoiler]
the ? is a place holder for the region, so this gameconfig will work with any Brawl.
Would it be legit to use 6 questionmarks to cover all game ID´s? :confused:

Make a gameconfig patch like so, then load it and use the memory viewer to determine whether it worked.  Post back to let other readers know the result, too.  ^_^

The option is called "Don´t use smileys" , it can be found under "Additional Options..." when writing a post.
