Firstly I've used a "Unlock all resorts" code.
After this, I get 20 stamps all by myself (not using cheats) did not unlock a villa.

If you can make a cheat code to unlock a villa, it would be the best.

I need to unlock a villa in this game with a cheat code. I am stuck without a villa after 20 stamps.

I can confirm the glitch, but i doubt i'll be going back to this game. what i recommend you could do is start a new game this time use
Unlock All Resorts and the All Stamp code together, doing that seems to unlock the villa correctly. this doesn't work if your already glitched.

Thanks for your tip above, thomaslin83, but it does not unlock the 'time of day' when using both cheats.

when i get some free time, i'll look into unlocking time of day.

edit:
Alright i've updated the code, it now unlocks day+Night, Just make sure to use it on a new game.
