Thanks bully just got lazy was going to do something else with it but used asmwiird I was hoping some one would have tested it here have'nt had much time to play off line.

yeah, but note that there´s no reason to use a C2 code for including one instruction.
Replacing it with a 04 code has the same effects. :P
I suppose that you nop´ed the instruction that modifies (store) ammo.
It could become glitchy at the beginning of a match, when there´s 0 ammo in the gun.
The player will reload forever until all ammo is gone. That happend on Blops´.
That´s why your code might not be "perfect". I don´t have the game, yet though...
