Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword - 25 days
Kirby's Return to Dreamland - Released!

I'm probably thinking these two will be the next big ones for people to hack... though I could be wrong.

We pre-ordered with the Gold Wiimote bundle.  http://www.amazon.com/Legend-Zelda-Skyward-Remote-Nintendo-Wii/dp/B002I0GEHI

Also don't forget Skyward Sword requires Wii Motion Plus.

Arudo

I already have 3 regular Wii Motion Plus attachments, a black wii-mote with the built in motion plus, and I'm still getting the bundle version just because the Gold remote looks awesome (although a bit tacky...)

I paid off the pre-order with the gold wiimote at gamestop a while ago.
Now I'm moving to Arizona this weekend so I have to transfer once I get there.... The timing is bad... ;_;

Hacking Zelda will be fun but I won't hack it or use codes until I've beat it.

Arudo

Now that you've said that, I actually recall that I beat LoZ TP without codes... and never bothered to play it again with codes after that. The only reason I pulled it out was to install HBC via Twilight Hack back in the day.

Yeah, I noticed this.  When it was confined to Ubi games it wasn't such a big deal, but if Nintendo is using it on their own games, it means it could be in a new SDK now.  So we should probably do something about it.

It seems I heard that new kirby game has some kind of memory protection. Lets hope zelda does not have worse memory protection to hack. If it has complex memory protection I hope someone like kenobi, Y.S. or dcx2 can bypass it. I am almost 99% sure it will have memory protection.
why did people then manage to create some of the "major" codes?

I don´t have the game, (yet?) just wondering. ???
Btw. I loved Kirby´s Dreamland (however it was called, I forgot) on the game boy, but hated the last Kirby game on Wii (Epic Yarn).
Now it´s graphics are way better. Looks like fun again *.*

Speaking of weird games that could use hacking, I saw that ... Spyro's Skylanders or whatever...
80 bucks for the bundle with the game, trading cards, three of the figurines, the thing that plugs into the wii...

And you have to buy new monsters/figurines if you want them, and they're like 8 bucks a piece of 20 bucks for a pack of three.

The idea of shelling out extra money for a game like that horrifies me.

reminds me of kindergarten.
Games are supposed to come with a disk, manual and maybe some console equipment with it...
I don´t want any figures that come with games, especially not when they increase costs.

If I wanted to play with figures and stuff, I don´t buy a videogame.

The figures are 'required' to unlock new monsters. Which I think is silly.

that can also be done with a cheat code/password from the monsters that someone else gave away. ;D
