Transmit error: "Error: Fatal USB Read Error. Exiting"

I need some help cause i don?t know what should i do if i get this message: "Error: Fatal USB Read Error". :(
I use:
DriverVersion: CDM 2.02.04 WHQL Certified
Proggy: USB Client V1.0 beta five ?cheat edition?
Cable: USB 2.0, 7,5 meters and aktive USB-Hub
Chip: Wasabi

My "problem games": Medal of honor - 2 heroes, Resident evil - wii edition, Medal of honor - vanguard,

Can you help me?
