From what I can tell (among others, such as hetoan, James and dxc2); the forum has locked out most of us for some reason.
At any rate, PMs cannot be sent to already existing users, the database says that we don't exist or something.

If there's still any downtime, you should be able to find some of us on hetoan's xat

Well, looks like we're still stuck.
Notably the newbies have no problem making new accounts and logging in to make their requests as usual.
Too bad no one can help them properly at the moment.

Since Link made changes to registration, we haven't had spam bots.  The people who show up at the top as "members awaiting approval" are usually just legitimate people who got caught in a driftnet.
