The string of interest is RVL-RZDE-0A-0 in this case.  The digit of interest is bolded.  Add 1 to that digit to get the version (so this is version 1 of RZDE = Twilight Princess USA)

BTW, that is for Wii discs, it might not be the same for GC discs.

EDIT: BTW2, this is on the BOTTOM side of the disc.  If you see the label, you're looking at the wrong side.
