I wasn't talking about developers who abuse dcx2's security protection for single player. No developers would accept something like that from a hacker. I was talking about developers who use their own protection methodes for single player, just like Nintendo did with 3DS/3DS games. Developers have any rights of the world to implement such protection to their games. Would you destroy all 3DS wifi games?

What does 3DS have to do with anything?  This is a Wii hacking forum.

I think you should review the context of the thread to make sure there isn't a misunderstanding.  My willingness to attack any wifi game is entirely predicated on any hack protections that I make being used on single player games.

Some game companies have already released hack protections for single player games.  These hack protections have generally been defeated in a few days.  It is disappointing to see e.g. Nintendo spend money developing cheat protection for Metroid: Other M when they should have been QA testing instead.  But I didn't help them develop those cheat protections, so I don't really care.  They can try all they want, but without a man on the inside they will fail to stop cheaters.

Making a video and showing off what you're capable of in a short time- while never giving it out to anyone- is exactly the thing I would encourage when a hack works online.
Further, none of these codes are revolutionary ideas to fuck over online play- they're all quite basic... (so it's not giving asshole hackers any new ideas)


I personally feel there's maybe a little bit too much grief going 777eThOd*'s way on this. Especially since he said he won't give it out..

Just my 2 cents.

@James, it's been this long, and you we're right the entire time, everyone was hating on me after i made it lol.. what i did do was release a offline one only. :P
