[Request] Evolution Skateboarding (PAL, GESPA4)

I was going to rip the unlockable Konami skater models from this game using the "Dolphin" Gamecube emulator. Unfortunately, the in-game Konami code to unlock all skaters can't be entered when the Konami logo intro shows up due to lag.

Could someone please create a code to unlock all skaters and at least one level for each skater? Or alternatively, could someone send me a savestate or memory card save of such, or tell me how to fix the lag issue in order to input the Konami code?
