I am just wondering how likely it will be that I will become a pro hacker. It seems that it takes a long time to get really good. So I just want to know how likely it is for a hacker in training to be a pro.

Define pro.  Using ASM, or having the knowledge of dcx2?  There are so many different types of pro.
I'm inbetween your legs... that's not awkward.

dcx2, probably 1/300, Unless you get a job in programming.

ASM, probably 3/4, most coders here can use ASM.

I think your right although 1/300 seams kinda far feched. maybe 1/100. And yes I've seen PW's codes.

You can reach any goal you want as long as you put the effort into it.

If you don't stop learning, then it is not a matter of can you become a pro...but when do you become a pro.  If you keep doing something for weeks...months...years...you will get better.

Oh.  You have to fail a lot, too.  Failure is the key to success.   ;D

Think about how many hackers are here that are as good as dcx2/Phantom Wings.  Maybe 2-3 others and I would guess their career is in programming.  I'm going to stick with 1/300.

I don´t want to remember how often I crashed the game because of my failure (at least 100 times...) ;D
but I learned a lot from it ::)
In earlier times, a computer was broken, when it crashed once.
That would intense the risk at doing RAM poke/write or programming experimences, but luckily you can start over and over again nowadays :-[

knowledge is power...never stop trying something new

Failure is not possible. Only once you stop trying do you fail. In other words, i'm gonna walk to the moon.

What does dns mean? Check the wiki.
