Depends.  Do you know what exploit you need in order to launch the Hackmii Installer?  Do you already have all the files downloaded to your SD Card?

In the best case, assuming you have 4.2, bannerbomb, Hackmii installer, Gecko OS, and Accio all on the SD card already, it should only take a few minutes.

The hard part is really figuring out what exploit you need, and gathering all the files together.

What version is your Wii?

if your wii is 4.3 I think there's a video here on how to install homebrew on 4.3. Anything below is a simple matter of getting the right files. There might also be a video here on how to install homebrew not on 4.3.
