Here are some compare codes (matching effects though at different value).
Method 1:

Subtract like so (C29B8B-0FD8AB=B2C2E0)
GS-VC code difference:add +B2C2E0 to GS codes for VC version.
Upper Left Character-Roll Modifier

Method 2:
GS code and VC code matches like Method 1.
The code that you want converted:800DF4C5 00??
Add your subtract from GS compare code,in this case we subtract like so (GS compare:800FD8AB-GS wish:800DF4C5=1E3E6).
Subtract this from VC compare and you'll have this (00C0B7A5 000000??).

p.s. Method 1 works just by adding/subtracting that difference value to any GS code you want converted for
VC,Method 2 requires the same compare code but gets different subtractions/additions per
every different GS code and is best used for games with multiple/different versions (e.g Zelda:OOT v1.0/1.1/1.2) because of the VC version is different from all 3 original N64 versions.
