Just go to options and select insert code.. :)

I'm sorry.  I'm just not getting it where are you insterting codes at.  Do you need some kind of app or something.  Thanks agian for your help.

Load the game as usual, then browse the menu, there should be something like options or settings (im on italian language). Insert the code using the appropriate unlock menu.
