You actually could use WiiXplorer running within HBC version 1.0.7 or higher (with enabled AHBPROT feature), and it could show the content of your wii disc. Then you could copy any files from that disc to either your SD card or USB drive or even by using FTP method you could transfer it to your PC. I have done that before.

So no need to dump the ISO if you just want to try a few files from the disc.

But if you want to get most of the files from the disc then yeah use CleanRip (dump the ISO which could take around 20 to 30 minutes for wii disc, and later concatenate those dumped files by using command in case you have 4 files: copy /b sourcefile1name + sourcefile2name + sourcefile3name + sourcefile4name destinationfilename) and then use WiiScrubber to extract the partitions from the ISO.

So, how exactly do you use Command to 'merge' the files?
