If anyone else posts illegal copyright WADS i.e Virtual Console games the post will be deleted and you will be banned along with your IP for good. No warnings.

Read the rules people, i'm trying to keep the site clean.

I don't know if it's possible on VB, but I remember there is a way that won't lets links from certain domains be posted.  Such as megaupload, rapidshare, mediafie etc..  I don't remember if it's on VB or not.

Blocking external links to download sites will likely do more harm than good.

I guess you have a point.  What if wants someone to post something legitimate and it's hosted on one of those sites.  I guess in hindsight, my idea sucks. tongue  Oh well! ^_^

Shouldn't have to block any sites.  If people read the rules they won't post those things in the first place.  

The shame is that he didn't have to post the rom in the first place anyway.  A link to the WAD injector could've sufficed.  But I'll leave it at that.

Though for future reference.  Would a homebrew-injected WAD be considered copyright code?  Since the original WAD was most likely a copyrighted file.

That's a good question.  It seems like a really grey area.  I guess Nuke would have to make a ruling about it.

I don't have a problem with homebrew. But please note that GeckoOS/Ocarina will soon be combined and released as one really sweet channel and this will be properly built and legal.

Injected can still leave copyright banners, or Nand load code, Even if using Nintendo Graphic banners is illegal to distribute,

Yeah, the channel sounds great!  Also, do you still plan on releasing a GameCube version of the Zelda exploit?

Just curious, couldn't you inject it into a homebrewed wad? Such as a wad of the homebrew channel or an old snes9x channel without legal problems?
