Someone was working on a possible way to do it with Ocarina... but even if it does work, it'll be a while.

The guy working on a program that might work is "hawkeye2777". However, he's said that he's not the best at programming, and if he DOES get it to work, Phantom Wings would still have to make a code for Ocarina that would be able to use it, as Ocarina doesn't support dumps, or something like that. I'll just quote him:

I've seen those texture hacks before... But they're using modded discs to use them. I've got Hawkeye working on a utility that can modify dumps and I'm hoping on creating a code that can use them. Unfortunately Ocarina can't upload dumps, so that needs to be figured out as well.
