so trying it now on hard. How does this code work? I get hit abit/alot and then I stop getting damage? My health can't go lower than like 500HP out of 1000HP ?

Health isn't working for me on any difficulty, I just keep taking damage until I die. Its like this on all USB loaders.

With the health code being on for me, as soon as I'm about to get hit, the game freezes.

I've tested the new infinite health code on multiple stages and difficulty levels, on a different save file, and after turning the game off and it never freezes or fails to work for me

Without a hook you can't apply codes at all, I'm using the standard VBI hook and the save file shouldn't have anything to do with it.

What exactly is the problem? does it not work at all? Does it not work on certain enemies, levels, difficulties? Does it freeze?

That is the one I'm using. The damage is slower than usual but you still die and on the 2099 levels it causes the game to freeze.

Tried it on all difficulties, some enemies don't have an effect others do though its hard to say which ones are the ones that cause damage as most are similar.

My hook settings are set to "Default" so I can make use of the gameconfig file....

Will try it tomorrow with VBI, and yup. I am using the new code :)

I've noticed on all USB loaders that it doesn't save the .gct file once you've chosen the cheats you want. So when you go back to see if you're options are still crossed, even if you save!

I did my codes with codemgr and usually I don't have to select the cheats as I already do them on that but for some reason they're not selected when I go to whatever loader I use.

The USB loaders don't read the GCT files when you go to select the codes, they just create/rewrite them when you choose to save the GCT file
