Helo I found some wonderful and simple tuts on both Project Smash attacks and Brawlbox on youtube, all by the same user and very simple/easy to understand. (Hell if I can do it anyone can Tongue ) I'll start with the simple stuf and move onward to the more interesting stuff so you can watch em in order. (I think)

Terminalagy: PSA
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LOIE2f4utRM&feature=related = A description of all the simple stuff in Project smash attacks, sorta useful I guess.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BmzORUbW2ck&feature=related = A more advanced tutorial on the more advanced terms used in PSA? Some good stuff in there.

Tutorials PSA
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TQAZu7ZKFKA&feature=related = Downloading all needed files for psa/brawlbox hacking, links in description.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9gYZI35CwLQ&feature=related = how to set up your SD card to use any psa/brawlbox related hacking, very useful!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sGp_PuH8Y80 = a tutorial on what exactly offensive colisions are
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CTRf0TSVyq4&feature=related = a tutorial on altering "timers" with psa (like for example how long it waits before links bomb explodes)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=plHQU19zfbk&feature=related = tutorial on animation switching with psa watch the Brawlbox tutorial on this first before you do anything.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7n6brQ9uxA8&feature=related = a more advanced tutorial on animation switching in psa
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tMxRlNCKfC4&feature=related = a tutorial on increasing damage that each individual attack does.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nq228NLhF1k&feature=related = a tutorial on how to change "flags" on an attack. (A flag is what attacks do to the opponent when they hit)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hZ5hJbDi8n8&feature=related = a tutorial on adding/changing sound effects with psa
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wls2YgKxn94&feature=related = a tutorial on how to edit the colision locations in psa (don't ask me, I dunno where it is either.)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D_0SflN4oLU&feature=related = a tutorial on how to use brawlbox and psa together to make completely new moves.

I'm sure there's others out there, but these are the ones I refer to when I need to figure something out. I'll edit and put the brawlbox tutorials in there when I feel like it XD
