The last bit of a CC code type determines whether it is on or off by default.  I think 1 is off by default.

could you make a code so there is a time limit on all levels? i asked in the US thread but i was ignored, and this is really the only code i want for this game. ive put off playing it in hopes someone could make this code. you'd be helping a dude out big time.

Can someone list the original value for 04039884 ie ground type?
04039884 38600000 sets ground to always normal which is nice but does not allow me to skate.
I would like to know the original value so I can make a switch.
