Turning Off Codes Doesnt Work on Some games/codes

An example of this is Metroid Prime 3. You can turn the codes off but doesnt do anything,the codes still work...I was trying this with Infinite Phaze Health but wanted to still use Inf Plasma Gun in some areas...anyway,I just simply took out the Inf Health in Phaze Mode

It´s very strange... as if the codes have uned to the savegame, less evil that I did a safety copy

They are ASM codes, that's why.  With ASM codes, the effects remain after the code is applied once, even if the code is turned off (you need to turn off the Wii and turn it back on for the effects to go away).  ASM codes aren't saved into the game save though, so you don't have to worry about that.
