i think he aplyed the +64 to the japan games to but there more then 64 dont know for sure with out looking but i dont think any of the ones ported from Japan will work.. if he ported the ones hacked by me +64 they should work

I tested it, and I think the monsters now fall into traps regardless of HP.
They just can't be Tranq'd to complete the capture.
I'll test if 1-hit kill will fix that issue.

Edit: Nope. Doesn't fix it.
Guess we'll just have to keep Capturing the old fashioned way. At least for now.
Which I've solved by giving myself limitless Shock/Pitfall Traps and Tranq Knives.
Those things are faster, and IMO better then Tranq Bombs.
