hmm... I'm not sure why this code even works for ntsc-u...I looked in the addresses being used and it's nothing but 00s...maybe some asm spawns there when the quest loads. Otherwise, idk why it wouldn't work for PAL. It's also 00s there. I'll look into it and probably get a nice working code for you. I'll try the +64 first though. :p If that works, it works. What really bugs me is why isn't it a C2 code or something? But I guess I'll find out eventually.

I don't understand what you're trying to say; do you want no change in your total defense, or do you want your defense to = 0, so you have no defense score?

idk enough about the MID. I ported the hook, and made the game freeze at quest start. I even fixed the branch for the hook. I thought that was gonna be the most important part :/ I'll mess with it later. I should probably push the whole code up 64 bytes. I'll post it if I get it to work.

a host code in mh3  is a code which works in wifi but you need to host the quest and with non-host codes you dont need to host the quest

Actually, I think this would work as a off code too, now that I look at it. 04270410 4180000C. I don't want to break something else though, so I've been restoring both. But if the code didn't break anything already, restoring the default for just that should work as well. So try this:
