Modern Warfare: Reflex Help

Hello. I was recently playing Call of Duty: Modern Warfare: Reflex for the Wii, and wondered if it was possible to hack it.
I already have the HomeBrew Channel, but that's about it. My Wii version is 3.4U, I believe, and it's North American.
I was wondering if there were any detailed tutorials for hacking Reflex? I found some codes online, but have no clue what to do with them.

Do you have a USBGecko? or are you asking how to apply the codes?

I'm asking for a tutorial on how to do it. I don't know what USBGecko is, all I know is that the HomeBrew Channel is somehow involved and that I have to input codes somewhere.

1) Cheating in online games is not condoned.
2) Use a Cheat Manager to create the .gct file.
3) Launch Gecko OS and verify that the settings have cheat file detection enabled.  You may also need to use hook type VBI.
4) Launch the game via Gecko OS.

What?...I didn't understand that at all. Are there any detailed tutorials on the matter?
