I'd like to make a request if possible, Is there any code that lets you break monster's parts in one hit? I found a cutoff parts in 1 hit code but it just works with tails and maybe something else, but it doesn't work to "break" monster parts.

Anyways thanks in advance.

Dark_Rak3r

As far as I know, no. Try the solution that most people end up using, the 1hp code combined with an attack up code. You'll still have to hit each part, but they should all break easily.

HaseoXth

I see, I'll try that.

Thanks!

Edit: If i use this code:

Add 1000 to attack [Skiller]
042703AC 41800004
042703B0 380003E8

I'm guessing that if you use this code it will add 1000 to attack permanently, if so, is there a way to make it substract 1000 attack to normalize it?
If my guess is wrong just forget I asked.

Okay, I just found out it's not all codes. So far, the box codes haven't worked for me (but I swear they used to and I haven't done anything to change my Wii), and neither did the Infinite Gathering, because I tried to gather honey and it Did disappear.

I also did the Enemy 1hp code, and that was the one that happened to work...

EDIT: Weird, codes are somehow working again. Thanks anyways :)

@HaseoXth: The code stops when you turn off whatever you're using to cheat with. So you should just be able to save your game, restart MHTri without cheats, and play as normal. Also, if things seem to be going slow, you can use

Add 1000 to attack [Skiller]
042703AC 41800004
042703B0 38001388 <--- Should be 5000 attack, instead of 1000

I'm not actually sure how effective the standard 1000 is, this is just in case you want a higher attack, 5000 should probably be enough to do the job though.

Thanks for the help! I'll try that later.

Just sharing this, anyone else see this yet?

It's just simple texture hacking, but since we have weapon mod codes, with that you could create your own custom weapon with custom attack, element, etc.

There was an article on the wiki about this, but they removed it for some reason last time I had checked.

Haha, hi again. I come back and all these nice codes are just wondrous. One question, though, is, how do the weapon mod and armour mods work? By common sense, I can see the obvious like id and affinity, etc., but, is there a list for the models and status effects and elements? TIA.

Also, what is the site with the values of all the Wii buttons? [like pressing A is 8000. Pressing a + 2 is 8600 {false values}]. I can't find it for the life of me. =o

Yeah there is a list for the weapon models. Here's the download  http://www.mediafire.com/?1jdjme05n01
Forgot where it was that the values for elements/status was shown. For statuses, I think 01=paralyse, 02=poison, 03=sleep
Your going to have to search to find out for sure. When you play normally without codes, your modded weapon will return to a normal weapon once again. Also, if you decide to go online with your modded weapon ... nothing happens. The weapon will do it's predetermined attack/element/sharpness/etc. If you made a model change, only you will see that. These codes only work when you play by yourself offline. Though, It is safe to assume if you and a friend who had the same weapon mod codes went online together and did a quest with only you two, the weapon mod codes will work.

This is for the button activators

Replace ?

Does the MH3 cut off parts in a few hits work for everyone? Today I was playing Rathian and it just came to the area and I slashed it and the tail just went right off. I wasn't even using hacks.

Well I've never used it because I never had the need to. Parts do come off naturally and quite easily depending on how strong your weapon is.

Arudo

That code is somewhat variable. I've altered my attack power to low-high levels and I think it depends on the Difficulty level that's associated with the monster at the time. If they're really low level then it's easy to break their parts. If they're higher level, it'll take a few more hits.
