But I tested this out -

Slot 1 in Item Box have x99 [Credit goes to Skiller for code & Warlock for modding and testing]

Manually sort your items.  What ever item you want to have x99 of, place in Slot 1.  When items are removed from Slot 1, you'll still have x99 of that item.  Repeat as needed and enjoy!

I know how to modify the iso to play the online quests offline. It is possible. I will write a guide later today if i have the time. And yes u can create custom quests for offline play, and you can create custom quests for the Arena.

For type mod you needed to replace the ?? for weapon/item type. Switch axe weapon type code is 0F.
For "Equip Mod slot" you needed to replace n add the sinister strike weapon code "003D".
The deco/level/slots mods is only for talismans i think.

I can play all online quests offline. No Problem so far. But i decided to have to versions, one for offline only(here i can play all online quests offline, and even get the rewards for it) and one for online too.So I can decide what version to play with my chars.

I'd really like to know if the stat (or deco?) codes work on equipment...it would mean that we could personalize the bonues on all of the equipment, and never have to worry about some of the negative ones :)
