yh... capcom have no way of knowing what your doing offline at all... u can use completely fully upgraded deviljho armor offline if u like as long as you wear your 'legit' armor online they wont catch you... you know this game being completely offline unless you connect and they cant look in someones item box either im also pretty sure they cant see how much money you have unless you tell someone you have 9 million and they rat you out becuz ive still got 8 million left and im now HR 40. Also i have max resources and stuff like that.

Just a side note i dont actually have any armor or weapons that i shouldnt have in my box but if you do and are willing to test :D

It's kinda stupid that they would ban you for gear that you got legitimately in offline mode. How weird.

They don't. They look at how far you made it offline and online, then judge. If your done 5 star quests offline and 1 star quests online, they won't ban you for having something like Lagiacrus GS. They only ban when they know there's no possible way for you to have achieved something legitimately. example: full Agnagator gear when your only 2 stars offline/2 stars online.

Just been banned for 10 days lol.  Only had on the guild armor set with tenebra long sword.  All codes were off but I think what got me was even though the codes were all, my money was still maxed.  Didn't pay no mind to it at first but it bit me back on the butt.  Besides my mistake, was there anything else wrong with this picture?  I got set of armor that was rare lvl 3 as well as the weapon.

Guild armor is rare but believable if you've finished offline storymode. Tenebra is event only, you gave yourself away and made it clear as day that you hack to Capcom.

I maxed out my money too even though the code was off.  You think that might have been the problem too?  So, after the ten days, will it still be ok to go in with the guild armor or just with regular armor?  Amd do you think capcom will be keeping tabs on me because I was intentionaly going to play online legitly, you know, going through the hr thing to have the right to where the high class armor and all?

I keep my money in the 70000-90000Z range. More than that... and well, yeah.

As far as Capcom keeping tabs? Who knows? That's up to them. There's a chance they keep track of people's hack goofs in a log or something if they're going to life-ban people for cheating.

I had my money at max online, played for 2 nights with no problems. Then I switched to a high level armor set, and got banned for 10 days, no biggie really. I think that's the only thing that they monitor heavily.

Once more, for clarity's sake >_>:

Ok, again, for all the people complaining about not good enough armours/weapons and not knowing which ones to use, then, for the love of whoever you may hold highly,  COMPLETE THE OFFLINE. If you need to, use his "one-Hit-Kill" and mod your Z up to buy everything. Once you beat it, you get the best sword from offline (IMO -- Barbarian Sword [long sword]), and you can forge the best weapons and armours available offline. This way, you get the name [so you know what's acceptable] and simply use the equip box roller code to scroll through and get the best of everything. Save, disable codes you don't need, go online, make your equipment sets, save them, and then simply duplicate all the items you need (potions, tranq bombs, etc.) until your satisfied. People these days don't use their common sense. They can't ban you for offline items, so any offline items, at ANY HR is safe. Apart from this, I doubt they can read how far you are into this either, as it would add a big load to the servers. Even if they can't, still complete offline to figure out the items yourselves. I would post the names, but that defeats the purpose of "grinding", if there is any moral sense left in that word in this situation. Enjoy yourselves, happy grinding online.

BTW, 100% weapon sharpness, one-hit kill, never lose z all work online. I'm not risking to test anymore, and, for all of you that use one-hit kill online, don't do it with others there. You'll get ratted out sooner or later.

So YES, if you use a weapon/armour/weapon impossible to get at that point, they will BAN you! Hence -- only use offline stuff till HR 70, then use anything you want EXCEPT event items, which we should have a list of in a few weeks/months. Also, thanks again Skiller for the codes. If there's any other possible request, it would be to c/p your completed item list with its id's. It helps more then you know. Anyways, good job, keep up the good work, go at your own pace, and do what you feel ok with doing next. Also, for all of you that wanted that 1-hit-kill for classic controller:

+ should activate, and - should deactivate. Its just a theory of switching some values around while I lack my wiird, so if it doesn't work, i apologize, its just a quick test. Hope it does. Nonetheless, test offline first. You've been warned.

I actually spent that money forging and upgrading weapons legitimately. It surprising how much upgrades cost.

Capcom assumes that you swear you won't cheat after the ban, so I'm pretty sure they'll be watching you to enforce that.

Max money I'm sure had something to do with it as well.  I personally can't see anybody having max money legitimately after only 1-2 weeks of gameplay.

A slight...conflict of interest with your two codes with activators...

The 'infinite items" code is turned ON by 1, and OFF by 2...

1-hit kill is turned OFF by 1, and ON by 2...

The specific issue I'm referring to is for bowgunners.  If you press 2 to turn 1-hit kill on, you no longer have infinite ammo ><

I believe I've modified mine to have BOTH turned on by 1, and off by 2.  Just thought I'd give everyone a head's up on this.
