Has there been any news of anyone using codes and getting the right HR to be able to equip the ultimate armor and not have it ban you? I am only an HR 17 the armor is unlocked but i know if purchased i'll get booted. Any suggestions or just keep grinding it out.

The Add 1000 to attack doesnt stay if the code is off so if you want to go online just turn off the code and ull have the same Attack as if the code wasnt on.

yeah i used the 255 attack one as i can't use the 1000 attack code, my version of mh is the pal one.

oh and skiller, the 1 hit kill doesn't work on the Ceadeus monster.

Killer1478

Skiller i think i have a perfect solution to people getting banned for making weapons with some that they make them selves or use the all items unlocked.

The hack makes the shop ignore that you dont have whatever and make you the weapon anyway

it has been done on the psp for MHFU

Also instead of all weapons cheat i suggest making a cheat where you can purchase any weapon or armor from the lady selling the armors and weapons.

Again, Capcom's going to see you jumping HR.  I know for a fact that there are hardcore MH players that specifically look for cheaters and report them.  I mean, it's really not that hard seeing somebody jump from a HR 17 to a HR 32............

then why dont u make new character that has never been online before, then they cant say nothing about u if they never seen u online.

Thats because Ceadeus Can't die untill he's in Zone 3...

No i wasn't trying to manipulate HR. I was asking if people used codes and legitimately unlocked and used the armor at HR 50+ without then being banned even though the items used to make them were rolled.

Because you can't get HR without being online...........

This amuses by the fact people are discussing the bannings here and back on gamefaqs.

Anyway... as far as I can tell... the only code that actually works online that keeps you... 'safe' is the No Money lost when shopping. I haven't bothered trying anything else, but Capcom hasn't really cared that I have like ridiculous amounts of supplies that I've bought by going back and forth offline/online. Soo... yeah, just my little update here.

this is kinda funny .
its like this if u dont want to get ban dont take the risk of using the codes.. using any code could End up getting u ban .

its kinda simple like that. what u do is what u do .. i my self dont use the codes me online with my codes was a test i wanted to see what could be used and what could not be used i was trying to get my self ban .. :P

well i was also trying to see if the stuff was on the disc that is loaded from the server :P

DARKSHIDARA

i don't understand if they know that cheating online its monitored why do they do it?? and then come back crying because they got banned???

Well. From what we can assume, I think it's just the quest/monster placement data that is loaded from the server... other than that though, all the 'other' stuff is probably available on the disc, but requires online flags to activate them. On the Monster Hunter Wikia, I noticed that they were able to get at SkinMod data for the boss monsters, so there is a way to pull the monster data from the gameISO, but how the data itself works probably is via the server.

Another thing regarding the server/online play is that there are services online such as the Combiner and the Furniture Cat which require you to do a certain number of Online quests before you can get stuff/points from them. I think that data based on how many quests you've done is saved either online or on the wii memory. This is because when I logged off, I still was off by a quest to finish a combine set, but when I logged back on and checked, he still was waiting for my one quest... so I'll assume they have to keep the data somewhere on your wii if they don't want to overload the servers or something...

Quotei don't understand if they know that cheating online its monitored why do they do it?? and then come back crying because they got banned???

They think they can get away with blatant cheating. And it's because people need somebody to blame other than themselves.
Basically... find a way to cheat without being obvious. Is what I would say. Hahaha. Yes you're gonna die a lot, but that's part of MMORPG type games... especially the grinding part. Which I'm actually enjoying. Hahaha.

As far as getting banned goes... I'll take my chances with just that one code. My gear is still like initial hunter gear anyway, so I doubt Capcom really cares. I'll earn my Hunter Ranks, slowly but surely!

One more thought: Since there are like a few Main Servers: Open/Rookie/Expert/Recruiting and each server has like 30+ City Gates and each Gate can have I don't know how many cities... that's a lot of data flow.

Personally I like playing in the isolated Cities where there are no users. That way my friends and I have some peace and quiet.

I agree with Arudo.  If people are so scared, don't do it at all.  I turn off my cheats when I go online.  I also have a somewhat safe character because I've never used any cheat that would get me something that I can't have at the point of where I'm at.  Every material that I have is carved legitimately........ and then duplicated.
