Maybe it's just me, but I can't get Skiller's Infinite HP code to work right?  Either that or I'm misunderstanding.

When activated this only makes the red health bar infinite, not the green health bar.  I can still be killed with it activated using NTSC Wii and NTSC-U copy of MH3.

It works. When did you get the code. When it first came out, it was entered incorrectly by Skiller. He edited it since then. That might be your problem. So make sure the code is correct.

They most assuredly don't check your offline progress to your items obtained.

on the ps2 mh they check your item boxes so yes i would think they would do the same in mh tri

How is the item box related in any way to what I said there? Read what I said, and what I was referring to. The guy was trying to say that he believes they are checking progress on HR quests to what you have offline. It would be entirely stupid because I haven't played offline at all and only online obtaining lots of things I've never even seen offline. So if they did that, nearly 100% of the people who have only played online would be banned.

I'm still able to log in following the rules I posted above. They obviously cannot detect the hacks I've done, and I've used all of these:

Item mod/box with the Nunchuck, Item mod with - / + on Wii-mote. All items cost 1z, Buying things doesn't take money.

I've never given myself something I haven't seen and never crafted something I obviously couldn't have at my level.

Obviously don't play online with the cheats, friend of mine was instantly banned when he tried to log in with cheats activated. He had just created his character and had a lot of the codes loaded into memory.

For example I have only killed lagia offline and have a sword crafted from it. Naturally I am not a high enough HR to have this online but because I got it in solo play I am able to use it.

I simply meant they check likely how far into both modes you are (Both your HR and solo quest level) against what equipment you have and should either be mismatched you get flagged for a ban.

I went online after I had turned off my codes from the GeckOS but for some reason I got an 'almost ban' message or something.

lol, Skiller, why did you purposely get yourself banned?  I guess to sum it up, as long as your equipment and materials matches your level or at the point you're at in the game, you'll be fine.

Also, I hope you can add an activator to that sell items get 10 code soon.  It's annoying to have to go back to the computer and use codemanager to turn off the cheat everytime, lol.  Especially since Gecko doesn't let you choose which cheats to activate. (I'm still not quite sure why this feature hasn't been implemented yet)

These were the easy ones to convert as I could compare the same codes in the Jap one to Skiller's codes and use them to convert these. I've tried the other codes, but without any similar codes from the NTSC to compare them to, I haven't able to convert any.

i was testing a few things .. i never got ban for using my Item Roller code in the Item box .. onlything i was ban for was changing my Weapons and shit .. kinda odd .. o and INf HP and crap is not in the same place as what it is offline so them codes will not work . Wanted to see if anything elts Slipt threw to alow online ..

Has anyone actually tried fighting the ban? I mean capcom gives your case an ID number and an email when your banned, so im guessing its possible. I dont know what you could possibly say though haha. I mean I didnt plan on using that character online, I just wanted to see if theyd ban me haha. However its account-wide so I cant even log on with my online character now >.< Any ideas if its fightable. I mean worse comes to worst ill just wait 9 days.

I haven't been banned and I'm using armor that you CAN get offline but I haven't fought the monster that gives the stuff for it yet. Same with my weapon, its made using stuff that is possible to get offline but I haven't progressed far enough for. I logged on with that gear on release day. No problems. I think a lot of the people who are getting banned are logging in with gear they physically cannot get offline (like the high level armor upgrade items or boss drops from bosses you can only fight online) while their HR isn't high enough for them online.
