Yes, the save would be 'data.bin'.  Just making sure, but is that your actual game file that you backed up?  If so, save it onto your computer.  At that point, you can place the 'private' folder of the Twilight Hack onto your SD card, and then place the SD card into your Wii.  Next, copy the correct region of the Twilight Hack onto your Wii.
