Having trouble with NO DISC

I'm trying to get an Australian copy of One Piece: Unlimited Cruise Episode 1 to work. Whenever I try to book it up with Gecko, it clicks, then gives me a No DVD message. My German (Don't ask) copy of Unlimited Cruise works fine. Any ideas?
