4.1 to 3.2 help

I need some help on my wii :(

Info about my wii. :)
1.4.1 firmware
2.IOS61v19.26
3.HBCv 1.0.6
4.DVDx2
5.Bootmii as ios.
6.do not have cIOS or wads of any kind installed.
7. No Mod chips installed.

What i would like to accomplished is

Code Select Expand

1.to downgrade to 3.2 firmware.
2. Enable to load dvds without modchips.
3.play region free games.

I need help on doing all of this without bricking my wii.
if any more info about my wii is necessary plese let me know.
