In summary, its a nice little application which allows you to deeply (although not fully) customize the attributes of the Smash Characters.

Check out these awesome tutorials if you're interested, they're the only video tutorials I've even found for it. There's a bunch of Brawlbox tutorials there too, you'll want to use that too to really hack brawl.

i use the phoenix mario.pac file with the code.i just didn't know how he did it :P
