Where can I get Gecko dotNet?

Could someone please post a link to where I can find the program Gecko dotNet? I have Wiird, Geckoloader, and devkitPro; along with USB Gecko and a good laptop so are there any other pieces of hardware or software that I need or that would be useful in developing codes and hbc apps? Perhaps there is a program that aids in the development and or searching of addresses for codes that is stable on Vista and for which there are some tutorials for using it correctly out there on the net?
