What are universal codes? :P

Codes that `should´ work on every region (or version) of a game.

I asked this question because I went to the code database and i saw a game with an A instead of an E or P or J at the end. :-\

Is making universal codes easier than making codes for the specific region? :p

No, it takes a lot more effort to make and its harder to understand how to make them.
