How to load channels with Gecko OS?

My friend had the same version of Gecko OS as I do. His Gecko has a "Load Channel" option, but mine doesn't. I think this means I need a certain IOS. Which one do I need and how can I get it?

what system menu are you running? you may need to downgrade your IOS36...

Try with Gecko OS 1.9.2.

i have the same problem only have launch game option and yes im on the latest version 1.9.2

he meant ur wii system version example mines 3.3 u can find urs in the wii settings in top right corner

theres ur problem u may want to downgrade to 3.3 then use the unoffical update

what is this cIOSCORP? do i need this? isnt there something i need to download to have more options?

channel loading wont work regardless on version 4.0  u need to downgrade to 3.3 if u want things like rebooter and channel loading

what are some other ways other ways?
im baned from everything from wifi because of this 20102 error code so i need these options to work so doesnt it have something to do with the ios?
