When you start Cheat Engine you need to click the button with the picture of a computer, then select the program you want to hack.

yup, i know, i got to about part 7 on the tutorial, then gave up cuz it was stuff i didnt need to know, and it was annoying :p lol

You should go through the intire tutorial, good for expirinse hacking :D

wow Im in the same boat.. Just starting out but I already have USB GECKO because I am determined to get this right and when I set my mind I get it done. So it may take me a while but I will get it.. Great tips in this post..> Thanks..

how would you go by making the "renamer" codes, i know you need HEXs (for your names) and the wiimote joker commands, but im not sure how you would go by making them.........

You can do ASCII searches in the memory viewer.
Just go to the memory viewer and click the box with ASCII and type in your name and search.

ah alright, i think ill just get a USB gecko, but im getting an xbox so is it worth gettin one, then playin xbox too?i guess if i stilll play alot, but im not sure

this only allows me to have 2 extra names, but i have one over 20 and the second one doesnt work, anyway to improve it?
