Code help with Animal Crossing: City Folk

Hello, i used a youtube video tutorial on how to use the codes but, i don't know where the "C" button is...there is no C button on the wiimote. it says to press C+up/C+down to mkae you walk anywhere. Where is C?

Ahhh thanks! it works now, C+up on D pad on the wiimote and C+down on D pad deactivates it. pretty cool.
