help with code activator

I have everything installed and it appears to work. But apparently the two codes I want to use have issues..
First there is the steal from others houses. I realllly could use this to save me from having to log into other characters houses to move stuff between them or get my turnips out. BUT it I have this automatically turned on it refuses to let me on the internet. SOOO I think if it had an activator code it could be loaded but not running and hopefully that would let me on the internet????
Second is the emotions cycler.. It says it does not work when you go to others towns??? Is there a fix for this??

I am assuming that you are playing Animal Crossing: City Folk, am I correct?

Well, I can tell you why the Can Add Furniture and Remove doesnt work over Wifi. Its so that people dont destroy other people's houses on Wifi.

And the emotion cycler should work on Wifi in other towns. I used to use it when I would go on Wifi.
