A total overhaul was necessary, but was worth it, this one works for any profile.

That's strange, all my gear is unlocked.  Perhaps additional gear is added as you progress, my profile is brand new cause old one got corrupted.

For this line:
200B0004 00000000

try changing the "B" to a "C" and see if it unlocks more gear, if it unlocks some but not all then try "D" and so forth.
This allows the serial code to write to additional addresses, let me know if it works.

It worked, THANKS. When I used "C", last few profiles (6th-8th) got more gears and outfits, but still have few locked. Today I'm gonna try "D" and tell you the result.

Report : Changing character to "D" makes everyong gets everything unlocked.  >:D

Thanks for testing.
The female characters have more categories of clothing, so that explains that difference.
I'll update the code with the correction.

Once you load the profile, go back to the main menu then pick that profile again and it will be unlocked.  The values are written but the game doesn't recognize it until you save the written values.  Then once the values are saved, you no longer need the cheat.
