How to get new games running?

I have a PAL Wii with System Menu 4.0, a WiiKey 1 with latest firmware and HBC installed, and up until now most games ran without a hitch. Recently though, newer games like Let's Tap, Trace Memory R and The Conduit keep giving me disc errors upon loading. I've been out of the scene for a while now, so if someone could guide me through the steps necessary to get things to work right again I'd appreciate it.
