Get a Gamebridge, they work great. Just find one on like eBay and get Virtual Dub (Sorry if I'm advertising or something >.>)

USB GECKO TOO WHILE YOU'RE THERE
(Better?)

Also, you can get some Y Splitter cables so you can record on your PC and play on at TV.

Back on topic of codes now

Quote from: GrandMasterJimmy;2052The best way to record your matches, is either, a DVD recorder, or a capture card for your PC.

How would you record if your Wii was hooked up to your Monitor?

Meh.. I don't really do enough interesting things to PAY for a capture card.. lol.

I may buy one eventually.

I think he means hooked up to your computer, not your monitor.. There is some kind of box which converts AV to computer file which goes in between.

Actually, I think I have something like that in storage... hmm..

Lurker

Well, I usually lurk here (hence the name), but I have some questions:

It concerns the Alloys.

When I tried the codes, putting Alloys on any slot other than Player 1 causes the game to freeze, but others have successfully done it:

In that same video, how did he get the Alloy to work on something other than Battlefield? I thought they froze otherwise. o_O

hetoan2

no with the character modifiers for P1 P2 P3 and P4 you can play as them on every controller and they can go on other stages. they only freeze when you try and finish the match

I believe it has something to do with the intro animations.. or more like the alloys's (alloises?) lack of intros. Try using the on the fly character changing code. Also, I used Alloys on Final Destination, and in boss battles.

THAT is cool. I want one. Anyway, its not quite the same thing he was talking about.

I managed to end a match using alloys... however, it was using the on-the-fly character mod, and the computer player won (I disappeared, and it was a stock match)

Warchamp7

It was brought up earlier but I just wanted to ask, does the Wii freeze or crash if you try to use B moves as an Alloy?

Veritech Fox

I don't think it's their Intro Animation that causes Crashes.

Oh and B Moves don't crash the game, you can push them, they just do nothing.

Neither. It just.. doesn't do anything.

Quote from: Xtreme Starfox;2067I don't think it's their Intro Animation that causes it.

I'm probably wrong. I never tried to start the fight as them, I had just read that on this forum somewhere.

Veritech Fox

Well Giga Bowser & Wario-Man doesn't have one, but doesn't crash.

Ok. I actually was wrong. The problem deals with switching from alloy to alloy, and nobody knows why.

I misread.

that is cool but can you do anything else once it is hooked up to the computer monitor? or does it just act as an extra tv that's closer to your SD card reader :P lol

It's like a extra TV for Wii/PC use only. lol
