the codes from oneup doesn´t work it drains all your SP and you can´t refill it and the other code it down´t explain how it work

Sorry about the confusion.  The first code is applied with a button activator.  Any item that you put in the first four slots when 2 is pressed, you will now have 99 of that item.  As for the SP code, it may be something that has to be activated after the loading a save or something.  It works fine with USBGecko.  I'll try changing it to work without one.

usb gecko maybe but i use Ocarina in Backup Loader Neogamma R4

and the first code i press 2 but doesnt work in the 4 slots =S can you post an image to tell us what 4 slots?

Item slots in your inventory.  I'm also booting through the latest Gecko OS, not sure if that makes any difference.

Yes, those are the slots.  Press 2 and you should get 99 of whatever items are in any of those slots.  I tried it through ocarina, and it worked.  If it doesn't work for you, then:

mmm better use it with a trigger button but that new code how does it work, after load the game the items are 99 or what?

The original was with a trigger button - 2.  That code there is just without the trigger button, so it will always be 99 which could cause some problems.

Ok for his SP code it does work but it needs a trigger since it has to be activated after you load the save data.

I just tried the item code by itself, and it works fine  :-\  Could someone else test the item code?

Edit: Sirlongshot thanks for pointing that out...can't believe I didn't think of that.  I tried a conditional statement based on how much SP Luffy currently had-that didn't work. Over-thinking things I guess.

Anytime man you did the real work i was just tinkering and got lucky. the item code doesn't work for me either tho.

Thanks for the item codeset.  I'm about to test it.  Think you could look into the instant level-up code ZiT has made for the JAP version?  I tried it out before on the JAP version, and its really efficient how it levels up a move per hit.

Hm...I don't know why the item code isn't working for you.  Other than possible loader issues.  I'm using Gecko 1.9.0.1 to hack the codes and it worked fine booting the sd codes through there as well.  Also: hooktype is default.

Undeniable-that's assembly code, which I'm just learning some of it.  I've been trying to make a moonjump code, but something is awry with the assembly code I'm messing with and it won't convert it to WiiRD.  I might be able to do the level up code though by finding the values and plugging them into his assembly code.
