Link to downgrade.zip not working

In Link's downgrading guide, the link to downgrade.zip keeps returning a 404 error.  I have system menu 4.0 and the Homebrew Channel installed, and I would like to cheat on VC/WiiWare games.  Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

Nevermind, I found the downgrading video tutorial.
