Weired, nunchuk is not functional under Gecko 1.9 loaded game.

I asked several buddies and it seems only I have this problem. The symtoms are:

1. After I loaded the disc through Gecko, it's good to load it and I can enter the game correctly but it always reminds me to connect the nunchuk to the remote and I had already connected it! The game are Samba (US) , Galaxy (US), Drum (JAP).

2. Weired one, Topspin (EUR), launched by Gecko, can use nunchuk.

wii menu version is 4.0j with downgraded IOS36. I checked the chuk in the game not loaded by Gecko and it's functional and no reminder to connect the chuk to the remote.

Am I really the only one who has this problem? ???

I browsed Gecko menu and found nothing related to nunchuk configuration.

if I remember correctly this is a problem with loading the game with the IOS it uses because of menu 4.0,
and you should follow

I don't know for sure, although following that only to step 20 will actually not downgrade the menu, so it can only help

If you're not on System Menu 4.0 I have no clue...

I just checked the thread you provided. It's nice, but I have already downgraded IOS36 before. And I can use nunchuk in Topspin, also launched through gecko. thank you anyway.
