Hold B button to activate the code. This will freeze them in space and allow you to continue attacking them. I think only Dragoons can attack when enemies are frozen using this but its still good enough.
You cannot call any Espers and your money and score will drop to 0 after using this. These side affects cannot be avoided. After letting go of B you wont be able to place your guys on the tracks/off map and your money will start to go up. Its just one of the side effects of the code.
