Looks like a very useful exploit, and at least it gives 4.0 users the ability to run homebrew applications.

That file is GeckoOS with Ocarina support.  Ocarina support is on by default, which means that all you have to do is start the game.  The GCT files still go in the 'codes' folder on the root of the SD card.
