Button Activated Codes Not Working?

Anyone know why I can't get Button activated codes to work on my GC Remotes? I've tried all 4 :cry
I cant get the form change in LoZ:TP to work or any of the button activated codes on SSBB to work.:mad:

Are you using a Wavebird or Wired controller for the Brawl codes?

Are they Official Nintendo Controllers or Third Party?

Have you been using my list with the On the Fly Character Modifier? If so whens the most recent time that you downloaded the list?

Just press Up on the D Pad and press A at the same time on the Wired Gamecube Controller in Slot 1. Do it during a normal Brawl.

Nope, name should not be an issue with the codes :)

You may have had an outdated version of the switcher :)
